This agricultural and educational project, conceived by Valentina Cortese, invites people of all ages to connect with nature, rural culture, and local traditions.

Amidst crops of grains, vegetables, medicinal plants, and saffron, the farm serves as a space for "learning by doing"—a place to explore through the senses and rediscover the value of biodiversity, mindful eating, and environmental stewardship.

Through educational pathways, workshops, and outdoor experiences—such as the Saffron Field, the Vegetable Garden, and the Labyrinth—children, families, and groups can take an active role in the countryside, turning every visit into an opportunity for discovery, connection, and fun.
