By accessing or using YouSponsor ("Platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you disagree with any part of these terms, you may not access the Service.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old to use the Platform. By using the Platform, you represent and warrant that you have the right, authority, and capacity to enter into this agreement and to abide by all of the terms and conditions.
3. Bits & Supporter Disclosure
Not Financial Advice: YouSponsor is a platform for supporting talents and projects, collecting exclusive Bits, and connecting with Sponsor Partners. Content on the platform is for informational purposes only and does not constitute financial, investment, or trading advice.
No Guaranteed Value: Bits and supporter benefits are collectibles and platform perks, not financial instruments. You should only spend what you're comfortable spending on collecting and supporting.
⚠️ Complete Disclosure — Bits & Supporter Benefits
1. Nature of Bits & Collectibles
Bits are digital collectibles that let you follow a talent's journey, access platform perks, and trade peer-to-peer with other supporters. They are NOT:: an investment product, a savings instrument, a financial security.
2. No Profit or Return Guarantee
Collecting Bits or becoming a Supporter: does not guarantee profits, does not guarantee appreciation, does not generate passive income. Any perceived value is strictly linked to platform utility and community engagement.
3. Peer-to-Peer Market & Resale
You can list and sell your Bits and collectibles directly to other supporters in our peer-to-peer market. the platform provides a peer-to-peer marketplace for resale, YouSponsor cannot guarantee that your items will be sold, demand and pricing are set freely by the community. YouSponsor does not guarantee: that a buyer will be found, the resale price, the timing of any sale.
4. Support Exit
Ending your support of a talent or project: is available according to platform rules, is subject to feature availability, does not entitle you to a refund. It does not represent a redemption right.
5. Utility Risk
If: the talent or project becomes inactive, the talent or project stops offering updates or perks, the platform evolves or discontinues features, the associated Bits' utility may decrease or disappear entirely.
6. Market & Engagement Risk
Perceived value may fluctuate due to: supporter interest, platform activity, talent engagement. Past activity does not indicate future utility.
7. No Regulatory Risk
Bits and collectibles are digital collectibles and platform perks, not regulated financial instruments. there is no regulatory risk in collecting or holding Bits, they are not classified as securities or investment products, no prospectus or regulatory approval is required.
8. Technical Risk
Risks include: platform software vulnerabilities, service downtime, software bugs. Despite testing, no system is risk-free.
9. Account Security Risk
Users are responsible for: securing access credentials, complying with platform rules, understanding account and balance mechanics. Loss of access may result in irreversible loss.
10. Acknowledgment
By using the platform to support talents and collect Bits, the user confirms: understanding of the above information, acceptance of the non-investment nature of Bits, awareness that perceived value may change.
4. User Account
You are responsible for safeguarding the password associated with your account. You agree not to disclose your password to any third party.
5. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of the European Union, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
