Villa Albertina

We are a reality situated in the Argentan countryside. Our Villa of approximately 200 square metres is able to accommodate a maximum of 8 people at the Chef's Table, and 16 in the main dining room.

We are not an ordinary restaurant. In this place, the usual rules do not apply — the main theme is the exaltation of raw ingredients at their highest level. Menus and tasting experiences follow with great rigour the rules of the territory and seasonality.

Vegetables are produced entirely on our neighbouring farms; the artisanal producers of our land do the rest — raising, hunting, gathering and fishing the excellence offered by our places, which are daily interpreted and told through the dishes and creations of our Executive Chef Simone Finetti.

The Sea, on the other hand, is a continuous challenge and surprise. We collaborate directly with fishing boats located between Chioggia and Cesenatico. We process the fish from our boats without using any sulphites or chemical preservatives, treating raw and cooked fish with the utmost respect and sustainability for fishing methods.
