ANDREA – A PASSION BORN AT A VERY YOUNG AGE

Andrea is 6 years old.

His passion for two-wheelers began very early; by the age of one, he was already insistently asking us for a motorcycle. First came a Harley-Davidson-style balance bike, followed by a small electric motocross bike. But Andrea wanted more: he dreamed of a real, gas-powered motocross bike with a pull-start engine.

When he was two, we contacted Giuseppe Castelli—now his coach—for the first time. Andrea was still too young then, but around the age of three and a half—when he finally got his first gas-powered, pull-start 50cc bike with 6-inch wheels—we sent Giuseppe a video.

Giuseppe decided to meet him, and a special bond was formed: he was captivated by Andrea’s determination and eagerness to learn, and he has been by his side ever since.

That marked the start of his true racing journey: the 50cc bike, the switch to a 4-stroke engine, then a KTM replica, and finally the Husqvarna he races today.

Last year, despite competing in only four races of the Regional Championship, he secured third place overall.

This year, at just six years old, he competed in five of the six championship races, taking four first-place finishes and one second-place finish.

Behind these results lie sacrifices, training sessions, falls, and a strong drive to get back up.

What once seemed like a simple childhood passion has become his whole world.

And that phrase he kept repeating at just one year old—"I want a motorcycle"—now tells a story that has only just begun.
